      Timely salary but poor HR policies and leave issues

      On time salary and you will get nice learning

      Cons

      No proper hike cycle, and you will get 36 days leave, but you are not allowed to take them. And all hr policy are jokes, everything will be decided by your manager.

      If you are lucky you can work with normal people, a good company to start your tech journey and get a hold of working in a big company, health insurance

      Cons

      low pay compared to the standard, seldom building (close to none), nepotism is strong in this one, management is not suitable for their roles, sure they are let's say good engineers but soft skills and dealing with people is not existing
