1-Best in terms of compensation 2-Smooth virtual onboarding program induces a sense of confidence that the management is serious about their employees. 3- Timely resolution of all the queries help you build confidence in the brand. 4- Timely delivery of all the joining materials helps you keep continuity of work.

Good company undergoing a lot of restructuring

Pros

Decent perks - pension, health & life insurance, bonus. Flexible working. TU is concerned for staff welfare and have given 3 company holidays over the period of the pandemic in recognition of the difficulties people faced working from home. Free training portal provided for learning new technology.

Cons

TU is a global company and is in the process of merging different business units. The change has been disruptive and the plan for how teams in vastly different time zones will collaborate and how projects will be prioritised hasn't been finalised and leads to uncertainty.
