1. I am working for this company last 1.5 years and I have not worked for a single weekends. 2. We get extra day off along with 40 paid leave and 11 national holiday. 3. Work life balance is extremely good. 4. Good technologies to work on.

Cons

Project duration is short and you have to be open for learning and work for any technology.
