Pros

Allows for virtual work environments and alternate work schedules. Diverse work force blending onshore and offshore talent. Growing exponentially, both domestically and internationally.

Cons

Undervalues tenured associates...tends to covet outside candidates, often destroying team chemistry while losing institutional knowledge. Burns out high performing associates without competitive annual raises.

Pros

Great Benefits and promote a comfortable work/life balance.

Cons

That promoted work/life balance is more of a dream since your pressured into heavy workloads. No incentive for most employees, little to no raises, busting butt and sticking your neck out has small chance of paying off after all the extra work, and difficult lateral transfering. Typical large corporation, seem personal and compassionate but your just a bumber

Pros

The company is heading into the future by becoming more than a credit bureau. There is a lot of great energy in the organization since Jim Peck became CEO. It's a great time to be at TU.

Cons

Salaries are a bit low. Hopefully this will be addressed. It is also difficult to make lateral moves to new departments due to politics and the legacy of silo isolation.
