      Pros

      Strong and dynamic leadership team. Plenty of room for opportunity and growth. TransUnion also offers what I believe to be an amazing benefits package. All that aside, it's an exciting time to be with TU with all of the initiatives that this company is involved in. On the personal side, it really feels like they care about their associates. I've been here for going on 5 years and I still love working here.

      Cons

      I don't really have any issues and as far as my existence is concerned, I'm happy.

      Pros

      The people are very friendly. Fun events such as outdoor bbq's, family picnics and Christmas party. There is also room for growth.

      Cons

      Too micro-managed. Lack of training. Not very many incentives and yearly raises are very low. Also a lack of proper tools in order to do your job efficiently.
