Pros

Employees are hard working and support each other

Cons

Leadership lacks empathy for employee well being and lays out strategy without providing guidance on implementation. Managers are left to figure it out without a playbook

Pros

It's the least-demanding job I've ever had, and compensation is strong compared to others. Everyone is friendly, and if you're process-oriented, it feels like theirs a process or procedure for everything.

Cons

If the sense of accomplishment or making things better for everyone are paramount to you, this company will leave you feeling unfulfilled. While their niceness almost borders on benevolence at times, it isn't in their DNA to be a market leader, and they are more focused on compliance than trying to improve the lives of consumers.
