Pros

The company has good data, products and great corporate office/location in Chicago.

Cons

Not a sales organization commission plans and base salaries are below industry norms Senior leadership changes in the past year+ have made the sales culture toxic too many product pushes and sales people are expected to be experts on all of them (100+) sales people do not know where they stand and sales leaders are overworked

Pros

Good benefits and flexible time off. Some really bright people in certain areas .

Cons

American jobs being lost in order save money under the guise of a transformation . Many who served the company for many years easily replaced by inferior talent overseas . Operations will be suffering for a while .
