Thank you for dedicating more than 8 years at TransUnion! It's wonderful to read that TU has been a great place for you to build your career. I'm disappointed, though, that you've had a negative experience in the other ways you described. One of the most important things we can do for each other is provide honest feedback about how we're performing, and what we can do to improve and grow. We need to hold ourselves and others accountable to make valuable contributions. This isn't always easy, but we'll continue to work at it.
