Pros

Work-life balance has been great

Cons

It's all politics all the way down, and everyone is either focusing or being forced to focus on an internal wobbly platform. Entire teams are being laid off and replaced by offshore teams, who are then given little time and resources to spin up, which has been resulting in service interruptions at an impressive cadence. Though not on an agile team, the engineering org that serves as my team's customers are constantly being gaslit in regards to what is agile. You have directors assuring you that they are correct because they've been in this industry longer. Org goals are subject to the whims of people far removed from the work. Expect these goals to constantly change. High cost migrations are reported as such to multiple people again and again, yet they then act surprised months later, telling you that it's the first time they're hearing about it despite there being recordings of these meetings - again, plural.
