There's some favoritism, some inconsistent asks from one manager to another doing same role

Lack of solid direction from management up to C Suite, Rolling layoffs have irreparably damaged morale creating a chaotic and confusing work environment with no accountability. Unfortunately, salary is also low compared to industry standard and there is not a clear career path to be had here.
