Pros

Autonomy Excellent Security Architecture Team VP is amazing

Cons

Transunion M&A process is immature. Failed to accurately identify target companies' current business processes accurately, leading to failed integration and mass confusion. Poor financial reporting led to underreporting Quarterly earnings and thousands of people losing their jobs during Christmas. Offshoring tech jobs to India.

Terrible org structure and clueless CEO

Pros

- Flexibility with remote work - decent comp and benefits - intelligent colleagues who will be valued better elsewhere

Cons

They had 1 bad quarter, stock plunged 50% and the first thing the CEO did is announce layoffs. He could've taken some time to analyze the market sentiment but chose drastic measures immediately. - confusing titles to net new employees - extremely bad leadership and confusing org structure - too many product offerings - disorganized processes - lack of oversight on major initiatives - every organization within, operates their own way, in silos - employees with tenure don't have time or take the effort to train new joiners
