      Pros

      Everything. I'll start with the great support from leadership and management. They truly care about their employees and do everything they can to help them succeed. Internal mobility is a big thing at TU so they are every transparent about what you need to do to attain success. Top-notch benefits: unlimited paid time off, work from home capabilities, flexible hours, casual dress code, 401k match, discounted company stock options. The list goes on and on.

      A company with global career opportunities

      Pros

      There are outstanding career growth opportunities, on a truly global scale. In the past 6 months, 3 of my team members have taken on new mandates with international exposure. High performance is rarely overlooked, and the company culture is constantly evolving and changing for the better.

      Cons

      It's a lean organization, and the pace and volume of work can be heavy.
