      Pros

      Excellent training ground and opportunities for advancement

      Cons

      Leadership is focused on their own advancement and blame culture. Lack of transparency, short staffed in all areas, with inefficient systems and processes. Highly matrixed organization leading to a lack of accountability locally. Employee surveys and DEI in Canada is a checkbox and performative, relying on volunteerism vs HR and senior leadership. Far too much work for the number of associates creating rush jobs and poor outcomes for clients.

      - I can work from Home - I have more time to share with My family - I have more time for me - My schedule is flexible - I learn different things everyday - Enterprise has a really good HH.RR area - There are many activities during the year to have a Nice time with partners - I got extra bonuses

      - I'd like to have more presential spaces

      As a multinational company, TU brings to the employees a lot of benefits that any other national company does, we have space to speak about our feelings, our problems and how TU could help us, I feel that the organisation cares about the quality time that I share with my family and that I use to my well-being

      Cons

      At the moment, in my view, I can´t describe cons about working in TU
