      When I begen to work at TransUnion I had less time work as Contractor, however my leader decided give me the opportunity to confform part of the team. It some greatfull because most companies doesn't permmited it, first you should complete some time within the company to be able to join it.

      very good equipment, constant training in all kinds of subjects, good extra-legal benefits here in Colombia.

      Cons

      teleworking is the first contact with other areas, high bureaucracy for daily management, in software we work with old projects and technologies for being critical infrastructure.
