Politics politics politics. 80% of the company is referred so good luck getting in without one. You'll get promoted one time from their entry level position "RAE-1" TO "RAE-2" (without a base salary increase, only commission structure increases) then if you want to move up in the company anymore you'll have to move to where their corporate office is in the windy city of Chicago. Management is only focused on their responsibilities to keep the VP off their backs and come from prior jobs with no prior management experience, but seem to be given the role based on age rather then qualifications. Same goes for most of the other positions within.

I guess it's the attitude of employees and employer. The company is up to date with the current status of employment.

Cons

Building excellent public relations and continously updating information about the company.
