      Pros

      Speaking as a new hire, the people here are very friendly, helpful, and willing to do what it takes to get you the information you need or direction to whoever can get you what you need. Campus building in downtown Chicago is well-designed, modern, and close to a lot of downtown restaurants.

      Cons

      The crisp branding throughout the building and on the website covers/hides a work-in-progress IT infrastructure. It'll be great to see the the company's internal processes and tools develop up to the level of the company's branding.

      Pros

      Great benefits and smart associates. Also, the ability to work remotely, with flexibility for sales travel and time. it is a decent place to work.

      Cons

      The training is disorganized and the team of sales execs do not spend enough time together. There is a sense of inside employees vs outside employees. overall, decent place with limited access to training
