      Great progressive company with good prospects

      Pros

      Benefits are very good - healthcare, perks, 19 days PTO, employee share scheme and 401k plan Company seems to be on the up and has good future prospects.

      Cons

      No locations in Europe. The employee training seems to be sub-par.

      Pros

      Intelligent people with a startup feel. Lots of opportunity. Transunion is constantly trying to improve benefits for its staff. Strong diversity within business units.

      Cons

      Bureaucracy slows the organization from progression, company still requires maturity. Silos exist which make it difficult to navigate or get things done consistently.

      Pros

      The building is right next to Union Station. Employees many talented people. Company has bring your kid to work days & even allows working days from home.

      Cons

      No clear direction from senior management, bickering among all departments, problems are like hot potatoes, no one wants to own them. Application teams & business have all the power, they hardly ever get the hot potato. Enterprise Architecture teams do not own solutions. Infrastructure teams are order takers. Incidents often come in bunches, people get burned out quickly when on support. Company uses talent & throws it out like an old pair of shoes. Don't go here if you are looking to grow both personally & professionally.
