      Great people to work with. Peer -wise.

      Cons

      Disorganized organization. They have great employees and great ideas, but the organization gets in its own way of becoming successful. Unfortunately their sales teams are poorly structured and inexperienced in sales itself. So often ready to give away the farm with out truly emphasizing any solution or product value.
