Pros

Brand is a household name in India with solid market visibility. Excellent employee perks, especially mediclaim and insurance coverage. Strong analytics, operations, and customer care teams – very dependable and efficient. Platform has good potential if the right talent and culture are encouraged.

Cons

Many old employees are disengaged – actively job hunting or just coasting with zero market or product knowledge. These legacy employees often spoil deals, show unnecessary attitude, and block new talent from making an impact. Senior directors openly support these individuals out of personal comfort or loyalty, projecting them as high performers to global teams without any real contribution , allowing full time work from home as special treatment. They are given a free hand on deals and resist collaboration or fresh ideas from newer employees. Overall, this culture creates a toxic and demoralizing environment for new joiners who actually want to perform and grow.
