Pros

Obvious investments in the organization and people to change the way the company operates and the culture - new building renovation in Chicago and elsewhere, new brand, changeover of staff from "old way of thinking" to "new way of thinking," positive vibes and energy for employees, more focus on employee engagement and satisfaction.

Cons

Still defunct processes - creates many inefficiencies, still have many employees who are not skilled to move forward in today's digital business world, understaffed in some areas - takes longer than it should to get things done. We need much better B2B marketing focus.

Pros

Flexible work hours and an open working environment. Gym in building free for employees.

Cons

People are out to advance and will do whatever it takes even throwing others under the bus
