      Pros

      TransUnion has a great company culture and offers a true work-life balance. We are in a period of transition which makes it an exciting time to be with the company. You have the opportunity to be apart of projects that contribute to an evolving company.

      Cons

      During a period of transition, you have to accept that roles/tasks/projects are not always clearly defined and change will occur. You have to be open to changing priorities and be able to adapt and go with the flow! Which is not a con for everyone.

      Pros

      Great benefits and comfortable work atmosphere.

      Cons

      Company continues to send more work to other countries and doing away with US jobs. Several years of lay-offs. Saw many, many lay-offs from executives all the way down to mailroom employees. Also had years of hiring freezes and no raises. Last year's raise was about $.05 for a top-rated, college educated employee.

      Pros

      I love working for TransUnion. I'm really early into my career and have taken advantage of many opportunities TU has presented. Love to new brand. For the most part, I enjoy my coworkers.

      Cons

      For a tech company, we're not very tech savy. Small example, I was told that I need to restart my computer every time I'm having issues with the sound. Every. Single. Time. Nothing like rebooting during a presentation.
