Pros

It's a pay check until I can find something better.

Cons

New management has limited skill sets and completely lacks innovation. No clear vision and more interest in playing games than meeting customer needs. I am not sure how they hired the current team they seem to only understand financials and are forcing everyone into goat ropes. I can understand why the competitor let us have their CEO... It was a trick and the joke is on us.

Pros

Strong business model that allows the company to sustain profitability. Executive are trying to strengthen company with strategic investments to diversify base. Good benefits with 401K match and an annual discretionary company contribution to retirement account.

Cons

Company is middle of transition, and private equity owners are only focused on financial gains. Executive team seems to be only paying lip service to other things like job satisfaction, work/life balance, and professional development.
