Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I'm glad to see that you have experienced great work-life balance as that continues to remain a top priority for all our associates. Over the years, technology has continued to evolve and with that, we've assessed our technology functions to bring scalable growth to our applications. We are looking at our technology people processes to adopt a DevSecOps approach, which will allow us to embed all facets of the development process. Thank you again for taking the time to leave your review and I look forward to reading your reviews in the future. - Abhi Dhar, Chief Information and Technology Officer

Great Place to Work before it Was TU

Pros

Good benefits and flex time

Cons

After employees in December were laid off, we were told there wouldn't be anymore. My position was eliminated in February after being given a good review and another slap in the face was when a position I could have easily done was posted a week later. First 4 years was great when I worked for a manager that cared and kept my plate full and always checked in on me weekly on how I was doing. When I switched positions and was with my last manager, it was all downhill from there and reached a dead end.

First, I want to thank you for the time you dedicated to TU - we highly value each and every team member's contributions. We did have some organizational changes as we continue on our path to evolving to be the most effective global organization we can be. I know our teams worked hard to communicate with our people effectively and timely, and it sounds like we may have had opportunity to do better. I'm sorry to hear about your experience. If you're willing and want to share any other thoughts or feedback, please reach out to me directly. - Katie Coleman, Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Human Resources Officer
