      Pros

      Great career development plans in place. The team I have joined are all about sharing knowledge and helping each other out. As an employee the benefits are excellent and there is time put aside for you to learn on the job and expand your skill set. They act on their commitment to their employees wellbeing and development, which surprised me for such a large organisation.

      Not enough parking at the Leeds office
