Management is a joke. Good 'Ol boys that no nothing about helping you become better at your job! Advancement is not available, more people leave the company than get promoted.

Hard to find any pros. You are only promoted if you are best friends with one of the supervisors.

Cons

no work/life balance at all. When requesting time off it must be taken in 4 hour increments; and a don't even think about asking for the day off after Thanksgiving in 2011. Must clock in before work, clock in and out at lunch and again when you leave.
