The pay is usually competitive

Cons

Very terrible management, treats employees like garbage, constant requirement changes, verbal abuse from manager, terrible communication about performance, lack of recognition for good work, company only appreciates push overs that suck up to their bosses.

Love the environment at my lab, great co-workers and good work/life balance. Yearly raises and profit sharing are also a good positive to mention.

Cons

Training in some areas is in need of immediate attention. Some processes can be cleaned up here and there but overall nothing real bad.
