Best thing about working at NEXA is that everyone is so understanding- which is actually part of our core values that we live by. In addition, growth opportunities are limitless.

Cons

Working remotely limits physical interactions however, It is part of our culture to keep our video camera on during virtual meetings. I like this because it really enhances the virtual experience and connection with other employees
