      Headed in a great direction, but needs to review its path

      Pros

      It seems within the last 15 years the company really positioned themselves as an industry leader. I believe that is in part to the quality product they offer. Lots of great people. Decent benefits. Decent pay. Free coffee.

      Cons

      Feels like corporate is more concerned with driving profit than anything else. The end result is poor employee morale.

      Pros

      Decent medical insurance at the low price of $400 a month my cost. Great coworkers under the management level. Very in depth on the job training in science and math.

      Cons

      You could be told to shut up daily, completely ignored, told your ideas are stupid and will not be listened to by upper powers.. You will be told that they can fire for you any reason on a regular basis. Constant Politics. Bad Training that you will get in trouble for late when you apply it. 1 mistake = 100 good jobs. HR does not seem to care about how there employees are treated.

      Pros

      Reasonable pay, accessible management, good work-lide balance, fair benefits, profitable enough to support decent resources, minimal nit-picking about travel expenses.

      Cons

      Not a progressive or innovative company. Very poor in terms of optimizing business operations for customer satisfaction. Senior management decision making is a closed circle.
