Cons

North Little Rock office is full of drama and toxicity. Severe lack of management, accountability, and respect. Stuck in the ways of the past with no ability or willingness to see different approaches to problems. Terrible benefits. High turnover rate for office staff. If you don’t conform to their wants, you will be terminated without cause.

M-F 7am to 5pm you can get someone, before closing Friday they will throw you any load regardless of hometime.
