Pros

They allow riders and pets. Nice trucks. Automatic trucks. As a single company driver my average miles is over 2800 miles.

Cons

They're most favorite saying is "WE ARE FORCED DISPATCH YOU HAVE TO DO AS TOLD" they don't care about the driver only the load. Alot of relayed loads and high driver turnover.

Love my dispatcher, he does everything he can to make sure we are moving. pay is pretty decent.

Cons

1.Payroll and everything HR related is a complete mess. those departments run skeleton crews and if they do make a mistake on payroll they will do everything in there power to not admit fault for any of it, and they will do there best to blame it on the driver. 2. If you need anything done at night or on weekends dispatch wise FORGET ABOUT IT! unfortunately this is the case with most OTR companies...

It was a job. equipment was decent

Cons

No call back from dispatchers or management. staff are always being changed. dont care about our safety. cannot make a decent wage because they promise you 3000 miles a week and that never happens.
