Meeting new people and travelling around, atleast when your new to the gig

Long hours, tight schedules and a lot of pressure to always do everything perfectly

Some good people do work here and do make the effort (including employees, some supervisors, and some middle managers)

Cons

Most upper management and a few middle managers are indifferent to employees, some supervisors, and some middle managers under their authority (especially those within the Operations Department). Upper management have very little respect for colleagues, and encourage a divisional, antagonistic work environment. Going above and beyond is not appreciated unless publicity is involved. The company has a high turnover rate, which is caused by the toxic work environment (rather than the COVID 19 pandemic).
