Good team environment within the grade and support from TLS when needed

Cons

Traffic Supervisors treat staff like crap and are allowed getaway with it because the company are afraid of them. Poor facilities and very little respect from senior management and executive team. No clear path for growth or support when drivers try to do it externally.
