The job is fun and coworkers are great. Can make decent money after awhile, but lowest in industry.

Cons

Insane policies, won't tell us expectations of our job, things change every single day, Management is mostly inept and rude, but even they know the job sucks and tell people to look for jobs elsewhere. Morale is in the toilet. Won't address recent layoffs to current employees. Can't even keep HR people on staff.
