Management lacks empathy and Asst.GM is a bully that puts employees against each other and if you don't click with her favorites, your harassed, intimidated, put down. The GM just brushes everything under the rug and lets her bully everyone. She tries to have accidents covered up to protect the company and not the riders.

Lack of communication towards subordinates (The operators are the main purpose for revenue service. Without them, there wouldn't be a reason to work. Management should be less tyrannical and have more of a "Let's work together" presence. At the same time, operators have to express their concerns in a more professional manner.
