Low wages across the board, inflexible hours, ineffective and uninspiring management, unmotivated coworkers, minimal upward mobility opportunities, no bonuses, very few other perks and benefits.

Pros

Pre Covid experience was great working out of Waymo location in Mountain View. Training program was excellent and benefits / perks were top shelf.

Cons

Forced move to South SF Waymo location on RTW was disappointing. From the dingy facility to managements lack of operational management skills, chaos reigned. Perks significantly reduced.
