Too much clicks and groups. Management does not listen to employees. Some management ignores suggestions for improvements and some take credit for your ideas rather than give appropriate acknowledgement.

Pros

Paid training to get a commercial class B driver's license, and you'll become a good driver in a short time. Almost everybody at this company is friendly, including trainers, drivers, and upper management. It's a union job, and the benefits are very good. If you can handle the long hours, you'll be making good money in a couple years. And- driving a huge bus isn't difficult and can even be fun! I couldn't believe a 12-hour shift could seemingly pass by so quickly.

Cons

Overtime is mandatory, and the regular shifts are long. 10 to 12 hours, 5 days a week. So you're looking at a 6-day workweek. It makes for a decent paycheck, but not much free time.
