Management is phenomenal, incredibly caring, and will invest in anyone who wants to succeed.

Monotonous. Especially in times of high volume. But, that's literally the business, so it's to be expected.

Great employees, lots of hours if you want. Air conditioning. Friendly bosses.

Cons

No lunches..low pay old buses that are not safe. Have to work 6 days a week and it is mandatory.

Horrendous management in Napa. Now management offers a $1000 sign-on bonus, mind you after 6 months, and the free Class B driver's license! But they still can't find anyone to work for them! That is alarming.
