Pros

Excellent training, diverse group of people and great benefits. Paid training and availability of flexible training completion dates.

Cons

Unionized, but UNION reps are not available.You must deal with people, like in retail jobs. Shifts are distributed by senority. Generally must drive before opportunity for other positions.

Mostly good people working there.

Cons

Company brought in all inexperienced management when they won the contract. All instructions are verbal for fear of writing it down. Verbal policies change daily. Dispatch is reactive vs proactive. Even if they know a detour exoists they won't tell you till you get there. Benefits are bare minimum. New recruits are given minimal training - many accidents. Management does not respond to any input. Maintenance is substandard. Red tagged buses are sent back on the road. Union rep poor - can take 6 days to reach a rep. Mandatory 6 day work week.
