Very high turnover rate. Many people come and go

Union representation is lacking, the company flies just under DOT Laws and rules about how much downtime a driver gets. They force you to work on your off days, and since you don't get vacation or PTO days until after you've worked for the company a year, you run the chance of getting fired sooner then later. They really need to update the GPS system and the monetary collection system.
