Need operators not drivers. Could use more information on the workings of the vehicles we drive to prevent loss of service if brake downs occur.

good equipment, friendly and decent lower level management, easy access to job sites, good access to union reps, lots of overtime if wanted

low pay considering amout of passengers we transport and abuse we take seems like management for whole company except there bread and butter the drivers.
