They treat their drivers like kids and the drivers act like robots!!! Company is toooooo Marco managed!!! And you'll be lucky if they give u a lunch break .... The supervisors act militants and yell at you over everything horrible and cheap company CONCORD all they have is part time work

Extremely low to no incentive to advance oneself as there were no opportunities to advance. Employees were treated like property not people. The company's future and plans were not shared with the employees.

Pros

Employees are the best part of the company. Great people, committed to their job and all about doing what is best for the company and customers.

Cons

Executive management has their heads in the sand. They are a bunch of Taxi people running a mega transportation company with no clue how to compete with the likes of Uber and the evolving transportation marketplace. They are all about friends and family hiring and as they downsize due to earnings evaporating due to their arrogance, quality people are let go in favor of the inside group. Promotions are rare, pay is substandard and the respect for the individual is lower than the morale. I would avoid this place, the future is not bright as long as the current executive team is in place. Their thinking, "if it worked in 1984 it should work in 2016" and "Uber is just a fad"
