Management is Terrible

Your colleagues are good people and they make work enjoyable.

Cons

Management had terrible communication. They have a superiority complex. One day you are told something then it changes the next day. Things will change without any heads up or warning and you will be expected to know even though they won’t announce or communicate it. You will get treated as a second class employee who is disposable so do not try to go above and beyond. Performance does not get rewarded. Promotions are based on friendships and who is willing to kiss their butt.

I Got A Check & Part of my sign on bonus.

Cons

When your hired your not told that overtime is mandatory. They call you at home, and mandate you for overtime. When you turn it down it goes against your attendance. All the buses are trash. Leave you stranded on the side of the road for hours!
