      Pros

      the overall job is chill. its a great experience working with Waymo directly and contributing to the self driving project. Transdev is the problem. The pay, once youre able to reach the cap in the pay band is great.

      Cons

      Upper management will abruptly change policies without notifying staff, and blame you for not knowing about the change. Management prioritizes metrics over safety. setting unrealistic goals, forcing drivers to cut corners. Zero growth opportunities, SF location has been in a hiring freeze since 2022. HR is retaliatory, and prefers to take a wait and see approach, for example, I was being threatened for my sexuality, and HR chose to do nothing about the issue.

      . The work is steady it's honest and the people you serve and work with are generally wonderful. They are always hiring

      The drivers make 15.50 starting and that is not negotiable Just as micromanagi as any other company when in the presence of corporate entities They're always hiring
