      Pros

      New management seems to really care about the driver/operators. SAFETY IS #1 I see new improvements daily My suggestions are welcomed with a "thank you!"

      Cons

      Some of the hours are a bit weird but the company is working on that. Some times you have to wait an hour or even two for your next pickup but the company is working on that as well.

      Great Learning Experience

      Pros

      In my 3 years with transdev I was able to learn about all aspects of human resources. It was a good learning experience. The people were great to work with.

      Cons

      Corporate has little involvement day to day. You have to reach out to them to learn their processes, no HR training. No clear structure, but they were working on it. They didn't pay the drivers well which made it hard to recruit. Expensive benefits if you add dependents. No 401k match

      flexible hours, easy to get adjusted to the work

      Cons

      High turnover rate causes stress on management. They will do anything to get a shift covered so they dont have to drive. Including calling your phone several times at all hours.
