      Management cares to much about petty things, not much on major issues.

      Insurance, stable schedule and 401k

      Cons

      Lack of communication, management more interested in petty issues like how much time someone is logged online, road supervisors making less than those we supervised, backstabbing is a major issue, putting in long hours and working hard and not getting the recognition deserved. Salary exempt employees are treated as if we were hourly employees, and not being paid while on administrative leave despite federal regulations stating otherwise.

      Pros

      Excellent, thoughtful management who really care about the people here. They take an old fashioned approach to solving problems which often results in a solution that is appropriate for the problem.

      Cons

      See pros: We are moving far too slow to achieve anything meaningful in the marketplace today. The average age of the company is about 15 years too old.
