      Pros

      Excellent, thoughtful management who really care about the people here. They take an old fashioned approach to solving problems which often results in a solution that is appropriate for the problem.

      Cons

      See pros: We are moving far too slow to achieve anything meaningful in the marketplace today. The average age of the company is about 15 years too old.

      Pros

      There is a lot of overtime available if you want it most of your co-workers are nice you can move up the list faster because of the high turnover

      Cons

      No room for advancement especially for females lots of favoritism problems with the equipment no accountability or transparency from management there is a lot of secrecy

      Good pay ok benefits good supervisors

      Cons

      This location is union which is why you have good pay but corporate benefits which are ok. Supervisors are good but won't write up any one who refuses to work. If you're a hard worker they take advantage and force you to do other people's jobs.
