      Good Benefits for single person.. less than average pay

      Pros

      They pay for ASEs, decent benefits for a single male, guaranteed 40 hours a week. PTO and Vacation days within a year

      Cons

      I was doing clutches on tractors with zero supervision my first day but getting paid a helpers rate. Union prevented pay raises. No room for growth, even service writer resigned due to lack of appreciation. Worked 26 out of 40 hours a week alone but got paid a helpers rate.

      Pros

      Great company to work for, im sure i wold still be there had they not lost the account i was managing!!! Awesome company!!!

      Cons

      Quite honestly, the pros out weighed the cons by far. There are cons in all companies, i feel that the cons are more of a personal preference. Over all a good company!!
