Pros

Owners are really nice but they know you won't last in the position so it's easy for management to be nice to short term employees. Working in a sales position at a company in business over 20 yrs selling to a niche market, is a temp position disguised as a career.

Cons

Waste of time if you are a serious sales professional the niche market makes everything a house account. If you are a sales professional you will understand.
