      Good Money, Dreadful Corporate

      Pros

      As mentioned, if you push and ask for it the company pays well. This is a great job for someone starting out. If you wine enough you can work anywhere in the company.

      Cons

      This company use to be more family oriented until it started pushing to be large corporate, now everyone is just a number. I truly don't understand their priorities as I have seen them let GOOD people leave and them hire people that don't know anything. Turnover rate is really HIGH. If you don't ask then you will NEVER get a raise (also a con).

      Pay was okay, mostly due to managers that were fired

      Cons

      -Extremely conservative, anyone with views otherwise had to keep them to themselves -Department size was cut in half while workload greatly increased

      Pros

      none, the only pro is that it was close to home.

      Cons

      I had 5 people telling me how to do my job and every one of them told me a different way to do it. then tell me, don’t listen to her do this way it’s the way we have done it for 15 years blah blah blah... No procedures, nothing documented, very clannish and each person protects their own little fiefdom. Co-workers don't care about building a team and put walls up when ask for clarification or help.
