Great facilities and staff! Everyone is helpful and wants to help ensure your personal success. Transwest is big enough that the opportunities are plentiful, and they still maintain a personal touch.

Cons

There is nothing that I can project as being negative thus far.

They really make sure you have everything you need to succeed as a technician. They have been very good to me for someone who started in the industry with them. The whole system of the heavy duty shop works very efficiently. I have had a great time working here and never am upset when I go to work.

Cons

There is little accountability for certain technicians that have seniority. It seems like they can say and do whatever they want.
